Nikolay Madjarov - Faycheto
Composer and Chef
Nikolay Madjarov — known to many as half of Tibetan Hearts — is a composer whose work spans film scores, theatre, dance, and concert halls from the Berlin Philharmonic to Plovdiv's Ancient Theatre.
Beyond music, he is a passionate adventurer who has crossed 40 countries on two wheels, logging over 250,000 km, with a dream of mapping Europe's entire Trans Euro Trail. On the road, he never passes up a chance to indulge his other great love: cooking. That passion has now grown into a full professional chapter — together with his partner Raya, he has launched Amor y Sal Food Studio, a project that explores the cultural layers of cuisine and the harmony of flavors. Every recipe they create is both deeply personal and rooted in tradition.
